Research Summary

I aim to develop dual-targeting anti-tag CAR (AT-CAR) T cell therapy to enhance efficacy in relapsed Ewing sarcoma. AT-CAR technology, pioneered by my mentor (Dr. Lohmueller), uses chimeric antigen receptors that bind to tag molecules conjugated with antibodies against specific tumor-associated antigens (TAA). This enables simultaneous targeting of multiple antigens with a single engineered T cell.

Career Goals

My career goal is to become a solid tumor physician scientist specializing in pediatric oncology, with a focus on advancing treatment for sarcomas.
