The BWF Incubator Program was invaluable over the last year. The program trained me to critically read the scientific literature, grant proposals, and original research. It gave me a sense of scientific community and, at the same time, individual support from colleagues in the form of pertinent feedback. I also gained lasting benefit from the Statistics training, and am now able to appropriately apply statistical analyses to all of my own data. Finally, through its various mentoring avenues, I was able to put together a vision of what I wanted for my future.
