How was the Physician Scientist Incubator valuable to you in your research and overall career goals?

The Physician Scientist Incubator program has been valuable to my research and overall career goals by filling in some of the gaps of knowledge as a physician moving into the role of physician-scientist.  Most valuable has been the training in scientific writing, grant writing, and how to approach the job market as a physician-scientist.
